VESTRIS’ VETTES COMPLETES A 1954 CHEVROLET CORVETTE RESTO-MOD

Lake Elsinore, California, March 15th – Vestris’ Vettes announces the completion of a 1954 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster resto-mod in Torch Red with black interior.The ’54 is powered by a Chevy Gen III LS6 (used in the C5 Z06) all aluminum V-8 rated at 405hp. A Tremec TKO600 six speed manual transmission and a 3:36 posi puts the power to the road. Fitted with a Jim Meyer Racing IFS system including; power rack and pinion steering,power disc brakes, slotted and vented rotors and QA1 coilover suspension. In the rear Jim Meyer Racing four link system with QA1 dual adjustable shocks provide a balance of ride quality and rock solid handling.

The interior is a beautiful combination of the Torch Red and black leather seats (with red Gortech stitching), black dash and door panels. Sound is provided by a RetroSound system thatprovides classic styling and current technology in the same manner that the Autometer gauges complete the look on the dash.

The combination of light weight (~2,750lbs) and significant horsepower provides an estimated top speed of ~180mph.
